Use this secure form to make credit card payments. Just fill out the information below. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment. Email "receipts" come from Square, Inc, and the charge will appear as "Diva Productions" on your statement.
If you select the monthly auto-debit option, I will charge your card each month for all lessons scheduled in that month. In the event that a lesson is missed because of illness or emergency, I will carry over the unused payment to the following month. You will receive an email "receipt" each time your card is run.
